PEREZ has been providing clients with exceptional design services since 1940.  We are a 100% Woman and Minority Owned multi-discipline firm, providing a full range of design and construction administration services including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and planning for clients throughout the county and abroad. Our identity is characterized both by the knowledge and capacity that comes with a highly successful 70 year history, and the resourcefulness, creativity, and personal care afforded by our small business status.
