Client: Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO)
Perez, in association with Concordia, designed this new 18,000 square foot office building to house 3 programs for JEDCO—Administration, Finance, & Business Incubator—next door to the Patrick F.Taylor Science & Technology Academy, also designed by Perez– to encourage interaction between the two buildings’ occupants. The LEED Silver design is highly water & energy efficient.

Perez designed the repairs to this iconic Sculpture Garden after it was damaged by Hurricane Katrina. The restored Garden is popular with New Orleanians and tourists alike.

Client: Ascension Parish Government
Perez designed the original Ascension Parish Government 24,000 square foot building, and was selected to design the renovation and addition of the same building. The $6 million renovations & addition added 30,000 square feet, more than doubling the size of the building, adding space for more courtrooms and a dozen government agencies.
